This Privacy Policy explains how Verbum LLC ("we," "us," or "our") collects,
uses, and protects your information when you use the PopUp Profit(TM)
application and website at app.popupprofitapp.com (the "Service"). PopUp Profit
is a planning tool that helps vendors, makers, and small businesses estimate
profit and prepare for pop-up markets, craft fairs, and farmers markets.

INFORMATION WE COLLECT
- Account information: When you create an account, we collect information such
  as your name and email address.
- Information you enter: Event details, costs, fees, and other figures you input
  to plan and estimate profit. This content is used to provide the Service to you.
- Payment information: If you subscribe to PopUp Profit Pro, payments are
  processed by our third-party payment processor, Stripe. We do not store your
  full card number; Stripe processes and stores payment details under its own
  privacy policy.
- Usage and analytics data: We use the Meta (Facebook) Pixel and similar tools
  to understand how the Service is used and to measure our advertising. This may
  include device information, pages viewed, and interactions, which are shared
  with Meta as described below.
- Technical data: Standard log information such as IP address, browser type, and
  access times, used to operate and secure the Service.

HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION
- To provide, maintain, and improve the Service;
- To create and manage your account and process Pro subscriptions;
- To respond to your questions and provide support;
- To measure and improve our marketing and understand usage trends;
- To protect the security and integrity of the Service and comply with legal
  obligations.

providers who help us operate the Service, including:
- Stripe — payment processing;
- Meta Platforms — analytics and advertising measurement (via the Meta Pixel);
- Hosting and infrastructure providers — to run and deliver the Service.

We use industry-standard measures, including encryption in transit (HTTPS), to
protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure,

PopUp Profit is intended for adults and small-business owners. It is not directed
to children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from

will delete it.
